This organization is to create a chain of interaction among the students, professionals of Prosthetics and Orthotics also OP institutions all over Pakistan and across the globe. We are also passionate to create international relation.
Society of Prosthetics and Orthotics Pakistan (SPO Pakistan) is a platform since 2016 for Prosthetics/Orthotics students, professionals and Institutions around Pakistan. It is the first young OP professionals united forum.
Orthosis
Orthosis are the Orthopedic devices that are used to correct protect and compensate the musculoskeletal problems / Deformities. Such as AFO, KAFO, etc
Orthotist
An Orthotist is a healthcare professional who specializes in the design, manufacture and fitting of orthoses for patients who have disabilities or impairments that effect the musculoskeletal system.
Prosthesis
Prosthesis are the artificial devices that are used to replace missing body parts.
Such as limbs, hands or other body parts.
Prosthetist
A Prosthetist is a healthcare professional who specialized in design, manufacture and fitting of Prosthetics for patients who have lost their body parts due to injury, pathology or congenital conditions.

Our main objective to promote our field, to unite all students and professionals of Prosthetics and Orthotics at single platform and awareness about the contribution of Prosthetics and Orthotics in medical field. We work from Orthopedic to neuro departments.
Unity will make us stronger and help to achieve common goals. It is a chain of interaction among OP students and professionals. We will stand together for the worth of our profession. This society give us strength to attain our fundamental rights.
